America House · One-page brief

A home for civic creators and builders.

America House is a private residence in Virginia, across the Potomac from Washington, D.C., and the inspiration for a wider community of creators and civic builders. America.co’s media and technology projects are distinct from the home itself. This page is not a business-address listing, a property investment, or an offer to hire a venue.

01 · THE THESIS

Relationships can strengthen the work.

The community’s thesis is that shared learning, honest feedback, and trusted relationships can help useful projects grow. Participation can happen through online collaboration and independent projects; it does not depend on access to the residence.

02 · THE PROPERTY BOUNDARY

A home, not a commercial listing.

Photos and community stories do not offer the residence as an office, coworking space, event rental, or paid accommodation. An introduction does not grant access. This page makes no claim that commercial, event, or lodging approvals have been obtained.

03 · THE PLATFORM STACK

The projects extend beyond the property.

These are separate media and technology initiatives in the network, not commercial facilities or services offered at the residence.

Data & intelligence

ImpactLine, Vote Impact, Election.org, America V2, and Kingsfoil turn public information into reusable software and data products.

Coordination software

TeamMeet, Polling.org, PartyUp, and Debagle create repeatable workflows for teams, research, organizing, and public dialogue.

Media & distribution

America.co, Poller, creators, podcasts, and events translate the platforms into stories, audiences, and demand.

Ecosystem effects

Shared users, data, talent, partnerships, and distribution make every platform stronger as the portfolio grows.

04 · A SEPARATE THESIS

Evaluate the projects, not the home.

America Combinator explores how distribution and trust can support useful software, data, and media projects. That business thesis should not be read as a commercial-use claim about the residence, or an investment in the property.

VENTURE SCALE

The platforms carry the upside
SaaS subscriptions, enterprise contracts, data and API licensing, marketplaces, and network products can scale without matching growth in square footage.

COMMUNITY THESIS

Relationships may reduce friction
Shared learning, creator collaborations, and useful introductions can help projects develop. Their effectiveness must be demonstrated, not assumed.

This is an editorial business-model assessment, not an offering, valuation, forecast, or investment recommendation.

05 · WHAT MUST BE PROVEN

How the thesis gets proven.

  1. 01

    Prove adoption

Show that community projects and media generate genuine users and useful partnerships for the technology platforms.

  2. 02

    Prove recurring revenue

Convert platform usage into SaaS, data, API, licensing, marketplace, and enterprise revenue.

  3. 03

    Prove cross-platform lift

Measure lower acquisition costs, faster product learning, shared distribution, and customer movement across the portfolio.

  4. 04

    Review physical activities

Any future in-person program needs a suitable location, applicable approvals, owner consent, and an appropriate safety and insurance review.
